Argus allows me to track my steps, monitor my heart rate, log my blood sugars, and follow my weight loss journey all in one place. It can be overwhelming when you go “off the wagon” and you see all if your metrics fall out of whack, but it can help you get it all back together and figure out the right balance for your life.
