This Southwest flavored salad with sautéed shrimp has all the makings of a healthy nutrient-packed satisfying meal. Who knew a salad could be so hearty?! The shrimp are so good with their blackened spice flavor you can eat them alone or atop this dense fiber-packed salad full of heart healthy beans, mixed greens and low fat dressing. Shrimp is a good source of anti-inflammatory omega 3 fatty acids making them a good choice for preventative heart health.
